AVOID AVOID AVOID. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an Insurance Agent. They misquoted me, overcharged me for months, deducted different amounts from my account each month, didn't correctly update my address so I never received billing information, are never available by phone, are rude when you finally get a hold of them, and it takes 6 emails over 2 weeks just to get one response. Save yourself the stress and headache and go to ANY other Insurance Brokerage or Agent. I pray they go out of business so no one has to go through what I went through.
