Allstate Insurance: Toronto Leaside Agency

Normally, I take negative reviews on here with a grain of salt. We are often quick to condemn others but rarely offer praise where it is due. Sadly, this is not one of those situations. In recent years, I have watched the decline at this location and have yet to receive even mediocre customer service in as long as I can remember. Misrepresentations, lowball quotes putting you in a position where you're 25-30% higher when you start the policy, poor communication and poor time management are the only consistent things you can expect out of this team.

Garbage service. Was conned here but I am getting a full refund after I talked with a customer service rep. Everyone at that office is trash just gum under me shoe.

Representatives at this location are terrible! Rude and unwilling to communicate effectively, they were offensive and unapologetic. Refused to use the basic human emotions like compassion and see reason. I cancelled my policy and will never use Allstate or even recommend them to anyone again.
