Angela Lam - State Farm Insurance Agent

Please avoid going to this agent. They will find ways of ripping off the customers rather than helping and providing the service. They are only worried about how to get maximum money from customers. Very unhelpful. With my experience I would even give -1 stars if I could.

The woman who is at the office (guess her name is Irene) is rude and not cooperative at all! She does the job finally, but that would be the most unpleasant experience you've ever had! The girl on the phone is polite and good. But to have what you want done, you gotta meet the bad one!
