This is a location where you will feel welcomed and the staff is quick to serve. The manager, Marlon D. is also easily available as his office is in the front, and an appointment is not necessary to see him. He is always ready to serve and truly enjoys helping customers. I highly recommend Allstate Danforth for your auto and home insurance needs. I have been a happy customer for 20 years!

I would highly recommend Allstate. I've had an incident that was promptly handled and taken care of by Marlon De Blasio.

What a pleasure it was dealing with Marlon. Specially at a time when I had so much going on in my life. With his help. He put my mind at ease. And took care of it.

It seems as if they make up their billing amounts I was told multiple different amounts, and even after its all said and done I'm not sure I got charged the right amount. I never received any follow up calls for payment that wasn't processed or anything and got penalized for it. When  I tried to explain this to them I was basically not considered a long enough associate with allstate so they didn't care. Needless to say, I will be shopping for new Insurance policies come February, so if you have any recommendations please let me know!

Very poor customer service. They don't care about their customers after they get the business and commissions are made. If you call back to make any optional changes to your policy which might result them losing any commissions they would get rude and try to talk you out of it. In general rushed customer service. They only want to spend time with new potential customer's. A feed back to All State Canada, please give your existing customers the same service and attention as new customers would get. Sapna is driving this location down to the ground.

Our experience with Allstate insurance was incredible. This branch was amazing and had amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend it.
