Marble Slab Creamery

I ordered a gummy 9-in cake for my son's birthday. The lady told me she had no box so she put it in a big rectangle box. I had no choice .She didn't even tape down the cake or put icing at the bottom. So the cake was sliding back and forth while I was driving and didn't even notice or see it. And now I have a smash cake for my son's birthday. Very disappointed. I call the store and told her why didn't she tape it down or so. Then the cake won't be sliding around in a big box. Called the store and all she said was " oh we are out of the other box and that was the only box we have." No apology. Very disappointed.

Amazing place. I picked up my free cup as a birthday promo and was left satisfied. Cynthia helped me pick up the best flavors, as it was my first time at marble slab. She was super friendly and very professional. Highly recommended

Worst shop for marble slab franchise. I had craving for salted caramel marble slab ice cream but the door was locked even if we reached way before closing time. Initially they ignored us but after few knocking the store attendant came at the door and told us the store is closed. Really!!! Marble slab is the only franchise I want to have ice creams from and they have degraded their customer service really to a great extent.

Virtually none of the flavors listed online were in store, alot of the ice cream looks freezer burnt, I ordered milk shakes and was not provided lids for the cups or trays for the drinks, and was told to go to another store to find them... Dont go here if you can help it.

Worst shop for marble slab franchise in burnaby, they resfuse to serve right on your face even if you reach way before closing time that is 9 pm in off-season. This is the only place where I would like to have desserts but staff doesn't want to work and server their customers

We got the banana split but they realized last minute they had no banana in the store. Kudos to the gal who did the 9.9 dash to the save-ons next door to get the bananas, but by the time we received the final product, the ice cream was half melted. Otherwise everything else was great

Super disappointed! I was in the area after grabbing dinner and thought I would grab some ice cream. We live in Vancouver, about 30 minutes away! We got home to realize the "Chocolate Swiss" was some sour ice cream.. and by the picture, you can tell the ice cream has been sitting for a while as it has frost bite. We were told we can bring it back to either refund or get an extra tub of ice cream so we did the next day but the cashier told us she couldnt refund us neither did we get an extra free tub. We have been customers for years ! Purchasing birthday cakes.. this is super disappointing! Wasting my time and gas to drive back and forth when we are not even close by!

Customer service amazing, it was my first time and the attendant was very patient and explained all to me. Delicious, specially because you can add any top that you want. Loved!

When we crave ice cream, we always come here. No long line-ups. The service is fast and the staff always offers suggestions. If we can't make up our mind, we go for the traditional banana split.

Mmm … Raspberry cheesecake with waffle. Very satisfying on one of the last nicer days of summer. Place looks great, newly renovated. Servers are polite & helpful. Keeps us coming back regularly.
