Love their ice cream specially the mango, rainbow and cookies n cream flavor. Few of our favorite . Serving was decent. Minus one star because they only had few chairs to sit on. Place is small.

I recently visited this ice-cream parlour that impressed me with their extensive range of ice-cream, sorbet and smoothies. I decided to try their sundae cup which was a delightful treat. Before ordering, I had the opportunity to taste a few flavours, which was a nice touch. After much consideration, I chose the pralines and white chocolate double scoop so that I could share it with my partner. To add more flavour, I went with the caramel sauce as the topping. The sundae cup was also generously topped with fresh whipped cream and chopped almonds, which added a nice crunch to the dessert. While the ice-cream was good overall, I did find it to be excessively sweet. This made it difficult to finish the whole cup. Nonetheless, I appreciated the variety of sauces available for topping, and the quality of the ice-cream and toppings was definitely top-notch. Overall, I would recommend this ice-cream parlour for their variety of flavours and topping options. However, for those who prefer less sweet desserts, it may be best to opt for a smaller serving size or choose a flavour that is less sweet.

I am happy that another location has opened in Greater Vancouver. It was a little chaotic to say the least but understandable for just being opened a few weeks. That being said everything tasted as it should and while the line up was long the wait time wasnt long. To management - high five to your staff doing their best. A little more training and some structure and direction will have them set for success. Otherwise our visit was great and of course Baskin' Robbins hands down the best ice cream around!

We bought love potion ice cream cake for Valentine, dry white cake, hard chocolate filling you can’t cut, tasteless ice cream! Beyond poor packaging, you guys need to improve your packaging to keep the f* item cold until customer reach home! As you know we don’t cut ice cream cake right away! Unprofessional staff, poor training over phone and in person! I was charged 5 cent extra for a ridiculous reason that their cash system doesn’t allow them to punch the .99 cent!!!! They don’t have the option for cake price! Excuse me! I do not recommend Baskin Robin even though they have a 100000 client lining up for them! Terrible experience will never repeat! It looks nice but it taste 3/10! Unsatisfying experience! Save your money and don’t bother about buying any cake from them!

Yummy!! Good price for big double scoops of ice cream. If you want waffle cone, add $1.50 more. There are some unique flavors. Definitely will come back again.

Lots of selection of flavours with calories per scoop listed. Ended up trying a scoop of the pistachio, mango tango and citrus sorbet, which all tasted really good. The scoop sizes were also pretty generous and not too badly priced, $5.25 for 1 scoop.

Great ice cream and customer service. They have over 30 flavors to choose from. Would totally recommend

I love it here! Always clean, very friendly service and super polite. I don't bring the kids to the mall very often but when I do coming here is our ritual. World class chocolate is my all time favorite flavor.

Good quality ice cream!! I tried the Cookies n Cream S’mores. It was absolutely delicious. The cone was not crunchy, rather soft. But the ice cream itself was amazing. Restaurant had a never ending lineup as well.

We made a trip to Baskin Robbins at Metropolis in Metrotown and shared a double scoop of Mint Chocolate Chip and Ube Coconut Swirl inside a Chocolate coated waffle bowl. There are so many different places to go to for frozen desserts these days. Ice cream sundaes, gourmet soft serve ice creams, frozen yogurt, gelato, liquid nitrogen ice cream...etc. The list just keeps on growing. With all these ever growing options, my childhood favourite Baskin Robbins has stood the test of time. Ube on its own always puts a smile on my face. Swiriing Ube with Coconut was a whole new level of yum! Their Mint Chocolate Chip was heavenly as well. It's a flavor that's been around for many years in many a shop, but sometimes the simplest flavors are the best flavors.
