Bella Gelateria

As a big fan of Bella Gelateria, i am glad that they opened one at Metrotown! Friendly staff, even offering me to take some samples prior to order. My girl got a free b-day gellato just for signing up! Yuju is a must try! So refreshing! Love every bite!

Best gelato I’ve ever tried! Their gelato never disappoints! Everything is made fresh daily with fresh and natural ingredients and no added colors which makes it amazing and you even feel good about eating it since it’s so natural! Every time I pass by their place at Metrotown it’s my go two stop after shopping! Definitely worth checking out! Also big shout out to the crew, super nice and always making customers’ days.

First time here and tried their ube and earl grey gelato. It was very delicious, and was not expecting for it to be super flavourful. This place is more on the pricier side but was definitely worth it! They also give out free samples if you ask. I would most definitely be back here in the future.

You get what you pay for. They have a wide variety of flavours, some are very unique. We had a hard time figuring out which flavours we should go for. Ice cream texture is good, taste also good, fresh and i don’t really feel like eating powder or artificial flavours. Mango one was my fav. Friendly staff. We took some time to order and probably asked them a couple of questions about flavours but they were patient and nice. Will come back

A quick pit stop for something sweet while shopping is always a must. If you love ice cream, especially gelato, I recommend this place! I really enjoy their premium gelato ice cream, it's so smooth and very tasty. They have a variety of options also, such as vegan and dairy free alternatives, which is perfect for me, since I cannot have too much dairy. There are lots of chocolaty flavours, sorbet/fruit and more. Also super friendly staff!

Same good quality, Bad customer service! I Iove Bella Gelateria and have been going to the Downtown Vancouver location for years did not have a single problem or complaints at all the Italian employees are always passionate and helpful their also the other employees. Today I decide to try the Metrotown location their were 2 employees and 1 I believe their supervisor on her laptop the whole time. The 2 employees were very slow and sloppy most importantly the guy who served our gelato was rude and seemed to not care for their customers No smile, No thank you, No passion There was even a guy in front of me who was waiting 15 mins for he's cappuccino that he even told the guy "Excuse me I need to go it's been 10mins!" We got 1 scoop of traditional chocolate and that tooked 20 mins out of 4 customers they are serving. The Supervisor or the other lady didn't even bother helping them to at least keep the flow smooth.

** Edited - My husband and I went back several times and enjoyed many more flavors. My favorite one so far is Pistachio but it seems to be available only in October. Highly recommend you try Pistachio, it is perfection! There are so many flavors to choose. Tried the toasted pecan+sea salt and burnt caramel. Loved them both. Not too sweet but very satisfying. I'll definitely come back for more!

I am so happy I can eat my favourite gelato at new location Metrotown. I bought one Akbar Mashti gelato with Charcoral Cone and 3 Cannoli. My friend tired the seasonal Golden Dragon Fruit. The same taste as Bella’s store at Downtown.

I tried the $9 150g double flavours: black sesame & ube. Ube was the August special although it’s now September. I LOVED IT. I was actually wanting to try the black sesame but was pleasantly surprised by ube. Hope they make this a permanent. It is quite expensive. $7+tax for one flavour 100g, $9+tax for two flavours 150g, and even more expensive for their ‘signature flavours’. So probably hesitant to go all the time…

Sweet ice cream, delicious coffee and tasty snacks! The staff was friendly, polite, and efficient. There is a nice variety of ice cream flavors and hot drinks. I love that they have different concentration of chocolate, from white to very, very dark. Be mindful that there is no sitting area, bur I'd say it is worth the visit!
