This place is a new favourite spot for Korean noodles! The service is great and the food hits the spot on a cool evening. The soup noodles were spicy, brothy and perfectly cooked. We got two kinds of noodles with pork, pork bone and potatoes. The beef dumplings were crispy and a perfect side. A great place to grab a bite! The shares hot bowls great for sharing if you are hungry!
I love some good pork bone soup and this place literally has the words pork bone soup in the name. They do have excellent pork bone soup, and their side dishes especially the picked radish and fish cakes are also spectacular. Had them refilled at least twice. I will have to try their other menus in the future. Only downside would be that there is no dedicated parking space : I would definitely return here for more quality pork bone soup in the future.
They serve as some delicious pork bone soup. The flavours are just right. Very good presentation too as you can see from the pics. Their kimchis are alsoreally good. Doesn’t come with rice though. The price is also a bit more than their competitors, but you get what you pay for. They definitely have their ingredients down and you will surely love it!! P.s sometime you can snatch free parking in a little parking lot a bit north of the store, in front of the dentist shop
Great place to meet friends over a hot bowl of pork neck bone soup and hand cut noodles. The broth is so rich and tasty, definitely one of the best in town. The pork cutlet tonkatsu, thinly sliced and deep fried to a perfect light crisp. Sit down meals come with four side dishes. I should also note that the cup of water is so clean!, as well as their restrooms.
Spicy pork soup noodle - 5 stars, taste really good. Curry Pork cutlet - 5.5 stars, crispy and juicy, curry a bit mild but taste perfect. Staffs polite and attentive. Seats are comfortable. Strongly recommended.
Service: the staff were so nice It was a busy day, but they still came to check on us often just in case we needed more drinks, side dishes, or soup. No attitude at all. Price and portion: for what you pay for, you end up with a lot of food. Side dishes were refillable and delicious. I think it’s cheaper to get one giant pot to share instead of going to a different restaurant and ordering multiple smaller-sized meals. Overall, this place is so lovely. <3 Hoping to come again soon :
First time going to a Korean restaurant that specifically specializes in pork bone soup, and it did not disappoint! The signature Mapo Gamjatang had a tasty, spicy, and flavourful soup that pairs well with the included rice, and had copious portions of pork neck bone meat. You also have the option of ordering it with instant noodles, buckwheat noodles, and in larger hot pot format to be shared with a group of people perfect option for the cooler weather. The tonkatsu was alright, a bit too much sauce on top so it wasn’t crispy as I usually like it. The included banchan was also good; highlights include the kimchi which tasted very clean and the fish cake in honey sauce, great mix of umami and sweet flavouring! All in all a great experience.
Not the biggest fan of pork bone soup but this place is the exception. The sides is always a nice touch which adds another element and texture. The soup wasn't too spicy and appreciated the individual asking us on what spice level we would like. The meat from the pork bone came off easily and tasted delicious.Food: 5/5
The pork bone soup is delicious. We have 3 people and order Regular size. It is enough. You can also order the Rice balls which is good too. Together with Cold Soju Green Grape flavour, my favourite!! They open till 1AM so you can have a night out w friends till late!
Outstanding service and good pork bone soup. Made a reservation for a large group on the weekend and the staff were extremely accommodating before and during our visit. The pork bone itself was a good size got the regular which is quite filling for one person and comes with a side of rice. The broth was very flavourful and had 3-4 large pork bone pieces. There were seating areas both inside and outside the restaurant - only thing to note is there is limited parking close to the restaurant.
