Koryo Korean Restaurant & Bar

North Korean restaurant located in the basement 10 minutes from the nearest metro station. They should put a larger sign of the restaurant for better view. Although it's located in the basement, it's quite huge and there is a plenty of space, but it can be occupied by Chinese or Korean tourists in the afternoon or in the evening. Stable wi fi. The waiters could speak better Russian and need little bit more service education though. The menu is huge. Reasonable pricing! Credit cards are accepted. Try some typical North Korean meals, but personally I prefer South Korean food.

You can enjoy the north koreandemocratic people's republic of Korea cuisine in here. reasonable price and good taste. I recommand kimchi. it is not spicy and fresh~!!

First time i eat in Nort Korea Restauran, Amazing place and feel like eat in North Korea, decoration, not signal there but it make this restaurant uniq and you can't touch phone and just talk with your friends. Taste food very good to and i recommendation you to buy bimbimbab, its not expensive but sooo delicious one.

As a South Korean, this was my first North Korean restaurant experience. The kimbab was by far the best I’ve ever had in my life!!! The cold noodles were amazing. I would definitely revisit - only if I could!!!

It was a new thing for me to visit this restauant. The food is very tasty but unfortunately the prices are little high and you had to pay for kimchi etc., which you will get in other korean restaurants on the house. But the atmosphere is good.

Pretty interesting authentic place. It seems to be North Korean. Therefore food is somewhat different from what you expect. It is pretty affordable but the food is not delicious, more look like bistro type.

Delicious and really peculiar food ! I recommand their soups but also the typical North Korean cold noodles. The place itself has a soviet vibe, with the North Korean television on. Service was absolutely nice. Lots of korean come here to eat, which is always a good sign.

Very rude service and awful food! Normally korean restaurants always give side dishes like kimchi for free but here they charge 200 for a small plate of kimchi. Any other side dish is another 200. The kimchi that the North Koreans served was poorly seasoned and not very good. The taste of their oxtail soup was also really weird and it didn't have that rich flavour that it's supposed to have. They tried to cover up their lack of flavour by adding in pepper which made it taste worse. I was very disappointed to find out their Pyongyang noodles were very mediocre as well. The noodles were hard to swallow. Service was no better. The girls that work here behave like they hate their jobs and they're very rude. I politely asked one server to take a picture of me but she just glared at me and rudely walked away. They also didn't even bother asking if I wanted change when I gave them a larger bill. Prices are on the expensive side for the quality of food you get and the interior is very shabby so if you want good Korean food don't come here!

The food was unbearable because of the the staff just not interested in proper service. And I think they only want Koreans to come in as none could speak any language apart from Korean. Thus a language barrier was a havoc while ordering

Wow, such an unusual experience! Delicious food try the vegetable pancake, not heavy, adequate prices, super friendly staff. Highly recommended!
