Mapleridge Family Cosmetic Dentists

My wife and I both visited this clinic for the first time 2 weeks ago and we had a wonderful experience! My wife got her initial exam done and then she got her wisdom teeth extracted and her entire experience was smooth sailing. For myself, I have always had a super bad gag reflex so I have been visiting a sleep dentistry clinic over the years. I decided to give Mapleridge clinic a try because their hours are much more flexible and they have also received rave reviews. Well after my first visit, I can certainly see why! The entire staff is so friendly and so accommodating. They greet you with a smile and they seem genuinely excited when you arrive for your appointment. The doctors are also super nice and very knowledgeable. I had my first appointment just to meet with the doctor who would be sedating me for the initial exam and cleaning. However, they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that I was able to sit through the entire initial exam without gagging too much. I can't describe the feeling I got from being able to do that since I was turned away from other dentists' offices in the past for having a severe gag reflex. The Mapleridge dentistry is where my wife and I will be going from now on and we will recommend all of our friends and family there. At the Mapleridge FAMILY dentistry clinic, they really do treat you like family!!

My wife and I have been to many dentists before and we haven't met anyone so nice and charming like the people at Mapleridge dentistry. The fist time we went there for cleaning and checkup. They made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The office staff are very friendly and helpfull. They have state of the art equipment and the office is very clean. We have been back for some filling and are very satisfied with the work. We're so glad that we made the visit and will go there for many years to come. We highly recommended Mapleridge dentistry.

I used to honestly rave about this clinic, so I can totally understand why they've received 5 stars from everyone who's left a review, their warm and welcoming staff makes you excited to return for another cleaning! HOWEVER, I've recently tried to get ahold of them to book yet another cleaning (haven't gone in over a year) and even refer my boyfriend...and not only could they not accommodate a back-to-back appointment... they did not even respond to my email! I wasn't unpleasant at all, just simply asked if they had some time in April for us, and I haven't heard back in over a week! Shocking. I do encourage this clinic to stay on top of their game if they want to go back to being a leading dentistry clinic in the Vaughan area. (I was even willing to travel from Etobicoke - where there is tons of clinics around me, just to see the wonderful staff and experience a high quality service - i guess not)

I visited Dr. Ko for an initial check-up and teeth cleaning. He was knowledgeable and his staff was very welcoming. He patiently answered any questions that I had. During the cleaning, he checked up on me to see how I was doing. The cleaning was excellent. Overall, I had an excellent time at the office. I would definitely recommend for anyone to check the office out especially if you are looking of a new dentist and hygenist.

Very professional staff that make you feel comfortable as if you have been going there for years. My son had his very first appointment and the hygienist Stephanie was a purely amazing with him. Lina at the front end was very welcoming and warm. Great place all around.
