Really friendly office and dental staff. They helped me get all my cavities fixed and get back on track with my dental health. Very gentle and no issues. Looking forward to going back.
I was impressed with their front desk staff Desiree's service before, and decided to go ahead with Maple Dental. However, today i received a bad service from one of their front end staffs , she handled the call in an unprofessional manner. In the first call, She did not mention anything about privacy disclosure when i was trying to book an apppointment for my husband's tooth extraction, and told me she did not see the last consulted specialist information and notes on his file, and I called her again with all the details and then she was saying that they do have the details but she cannot provide due to the privacy. She would have told me that in the first call about the privacy concerns. Even, she was reading my husband's dob from his file. Does that not count on his privacy? Very unprofessional. I have called multiple times on behalf of my husband to book his appointment, and never had any issues with Maple meadows in the past. Very disappointed!
Dr Valdez is very passionate in his work. He is knowledgeable, thorough, competent and takes great joy in helping his patients.
Recently started going to Maple Meadows Dental after my dentist had retired. Amazing is the best way to describe my experiences thus far with the dental staff and their assistants. Very welcoming and friendly, and the actual dental care is outstanding. I was really impressed by the advances in dentistry compared with the rather outdated equipment and practices of my former dental office. I highly recommend Maple Meadows Dental, you won't be disappointed.
I have a toothache that was lingering on and off for 2 months and since my regular dentist’s office is temp closed due to fire smoke I was referred to here, the sister company. Kristina, the receptionist was extremely kind, helpful and compassionate. She was able to squeeze me in for an appointment promptly. Then I had the pleasure of meeting one of the dental assistants, Anum and Dr. Chahwan, they were both very attentive. The staff here are courteous, friendly and professional. If I live in Maple Ridge I will no doubt choose Maple Meadows Dental.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Maple Meadows Dental. Our experience has always been above and beyond. You are always made to feel so welcome and comfortable. The way they care for their patients is like no other. The dentist was always super stressful for me growing up and have now finally found a place where I can relax and know I’ll be taken care of. My kids actually look forward to their appointments and are excited to go. Picking a little toy on the way out is icing on the cake for them! Thank you for giving us the best dentist experience possible. We appreciate all the time and care put into every appointment.
The staff at the front was so accomdating & kind. I called this morning & needed an appointment asap & they got me in the same day. Dr. Leonor & the dental assistant completely put me at ease today. I've been very anxious & in pain so even coming to the appointment had me nervous. They both were so calm & friendly, I left feeling better about my situtaion. 100% recommend coming here!
We recently moved to Maple Ridge and decided to bring my entire family to this dentist myself, my husband and my 1 year old son. The dentist we saw did an amazing job and went above and beyond during my initial patient exam to make sure everything was healthy. He even checked my jaw muscles and joints, I have never had a dentist care that much about his patients. They were extremely detailed, friendly, and provided the best dental work I have ever had. They are now my permanent family dentist and I could not recommend them enough!
I’m new patient and I’m extremely happy and grateful for the service I received. Everyone is so friendly and understanding, I will not hesitate to recommend this Dental Clinic to anyone who is looking for exceptional service.
