Maple Leaf Self Storage Calgary - Royal Vista

This is my second time renting a storage unit at this location and will be very happy to return when I need more space again. Very friendly and helpful staff although it's rare that I needed to interact with them other than initial rental and cancelling. The facility is secure, clean, and straightforward. Easy access with good hours, and rarely did I ever have to wait to get a loading bay.

Nothing bad to say, this was a nice place to store my stuff, it is clean and secure. If I had to find something to complain about and these are VERY VERY MINOR is they should be open past 9:00PM and the lighting in the units themselves could be better. Plenty of light in the hall ways, they are well lit, but the units themselves are not that great. I had 2 sized units and found this issue with both. Again pretty minor. I liked this place and honestly if I have to store something again in the future, I will be back.

Excellent initial service, clear communications and great customer interaction! The facilities are spotless and in a very convenient location for my needs. Added to a reasonable rate, Maple Leaf Self Storage in Royal Oak has a happy customer in me so far!

Clean and well-lit facility. We rented 1 unit initially then due to builder delay we had to get a second unit for a month. From start to finish my husband and I have had a great experience with Rabia, Chris and another gentleman there. They are always polite and ready to help and answer questions. On our moving in and moving out days we got a lift reserved for our movers to work. That was a huge help and a nice touch. Our move out was in the deep freeze of winter and the loading bay is heated, so this was great. The building is always warm enough too. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if we need to in the future. Great staff, great facilities.

My experience with Maple Leaf Self Storage at Royal Vista has been excellent. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. The facility is clean and well maintained and I was really impressed with the process that is used to grant access and maintain security. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.

The customer service at this particular location was excellent. Chris who works the front desk, was helpful, kind and responded back to my emails to answer all of my questions. I was very happy to have stored my belongings with Maple. Thanks again Chris!

Clean, easy and secure access. Awesome management. Garbage and recycling service. Great loading unloading area with carts, dollies and pallet jacks. Long time customer.

The staff here are friendly and helpful and very effective. My experience was smooth setting things up and when I was done. They went the extra steps to make sure things were smooth. Also the units are nice, clean and spacious and the facility is easy to use. Overall an excellent choice for storage and I would use again for sure.
