Joseph Pietrafitta was my C&P examiner July 1, 2019. He stated that he didn't have my service records and didn't know what was in it and the VA will sort it out once he submits my exam. He told me to explain my symptoms to him. 3 weeks later my decision letter read "The examiner opined that allergic rhinitis is not found in your service record." Really? He just stated that he didn't know or even see what was in my medical records and that the VA will sort it out. His exact words This is the problem with C&P examiners. Veterans are getting denied for service connection on conditions/symptoms that are clearly documented in their service records if they just did their job correctly and just LOOK. Legal actions SHOULD be taken in situations like these because now you just screwed over a veteran for being lazy. We need to start calling out these C&P examiners and let the public know what really goes on in these exams. I'm being generous with the one star rating.
He was my husband's V.E.S. elevaluation Dr. at Warrens,Wi last June 21,2017. During the exam he was rude, wouldn't listen to my husband and lifted his leg so far that it tore his labrum in his hip. I wouldn't let him touch my dog. He shouldn't be practicing Medicine.
