Zero vegan options. I was told “cheese is a big thing here.” Too bad. Took my wallet and found Colectivo just across from the Capitol Building and spent my cash at a progressive coffee shop/bakery offering compassionate choices.

When away from home for any reason-- business or pleasure-- one of my first tasks is finding a local coffee shop to patronize during my time there. It's a tall order, coming from a city that has some pretty unbeatable coffee shops. 
This place was welcoming and cozy right away. I found a spot by the fireplace to curl up with my laptop and a cup of coffee, and I felt right at home. 
I greatly appreciate establishments which work toward sustainability (which unfortunately hasn't caught on everywhere yet), so even the little things like having spoons instead of stir sticks, glasses instead of plastic cups-- those matter. This place is a win for me! Good coffee, tasty food for a quick bite, and a nice selection of seasonal drinks.

Good selection of drinks, quick service even when it's busy, very friendly staff. Their breakfast sandwiches are good and there is a meatless option. Love their grilled cheese sandwiches, soup for dunking included. Love the local art displayed on the walls - I get to see a new artist's work regularly. Seating outside when the weather is nice. Cozy fireplace inside for when the weather isn't nice.

I'm from GB and this place is the only place I could find that does normal English tea. Lovely if a bit over filled.  The coffee is also good    Food looks very nice but I didn't eat anything.

They are good at what they do. 
Consistent smooth coffee.
Clientele seem to be dressed up :) 
Espresso and two drip coffees were good. Customer service is great!
