Food 5/5, Service 4/5 Tried the salmon aloha poke bowl. Overall great quality and good mix. Bowl was filling but didn’t feel stuffed so good quantity. Busy at lunch time. Almost stood for 10 minutes before any one served me. The person at the cash took the order and payment and left to work on orders. Later they expected me to know the order number but they never even gave me a receipt. Also, I asked for brown rice but they gave me white rice. Need to improve service other than that this a great stop for lunch.
Pretty Good portion! The ingredients are quite fresh. I like my pick- Poke Bowl than the Burito wrap. If you are a low-carb eater, poke bowl should be your pick. Some ingredients of the wrap are too sweet such as seaweed salad, tangerine, u can opt them out if u don't want to intake too much sugar in your meal. The price is quite reasonable. We recommend this restaurant & will visit again.
First time customer. I had low expectations but at the very least I expect it to be as good as other sushi restaurant. I ordered a take out, 100 piece party tray because I'm boring plus burritos & poke bowls don't appeal to me. PRO: Freshly made, tasted fresh, good presentation. The female staff working was cordial, the restaurant seemed clean and smelled like a Japanese restaurant. CON: Online ordering has a bad layout because you can't really see what you're getting picture wise. You CANNOT use their gift card online which made me lose a free promotion that they had since it was online only and they wouldn't accept their own gift card . That's rather silly because I called it in it was the exact same thing I would have done if I ordered it online. In the end, it was well made and I enjoyed it enough to come back again.
First time trying a sushi burrito. Got their signature Zesty Tang tuna burrito and was blown away. Perfect rice to filling ratio, crunchy, yummy, and everything tasted really fresh. Would definitely have again.
Ordered the Aloha Salmon poke bowl, it's very delicious. The portion seems smaller than before, but just a good size for me. Also added on a salmon maki for 50% off after 5pm from their promotion.
Overall, this place is expensive and a waste of your money. I ordered a sushi burrito and it wasn’t even wrapped properly, everything fell apart from the moment I picked it up. The only good thing I can say about the burrito is that the salmon portion was okay, but everything else was a mess. The base price for the sushi burrito is not expensive, however if you want to add a simple topping such as cucumber they will charge you $0.85 and $1.25 for premium toppings such as avocado. I don’t mind paying a few dollars to add a few toppings but the problem is that they give you too much of it because you are paying for it and then they are unable to properly wrap it. Their poke bowls are such a joke, the rice portion was no more than 3 table spoons and it was dry and stale, furthermore you get more pieces of bitter, dry vegetables than rice, also the bowl is so shallow it’s like a plate. The protein for the poke bowl you get I got unagi is so small and pitiful, to be more clear there were exactly 3 pieces of thinly sliced unagi in the poke bowl. This place offers a variety of foods such as sushi trays, poke bowls, and sushi burritos but unfortunately none of them are up to quality standards. Also I came here twice in the past and the food wasn’t that bad, but I noticed that if you come in when they just open at 11:00 or 11:30 on weekends, they give you an attitude and move at a slow pace because they aren’t ready yet; if you are not prepared to serve customers during the start of your hours, than CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS, don’t make it the customers fault because your employees are unprepared for business. If you want a poke bowl just go to a poke restaurant and if you want sushi, go to a sushi restaurant, this place is just a mess.
Very good. Like everyone else on the reviews though, they don't use a lot of rice which I'm glad because it usually goes wasted but I think they should have 20% more. Fish is fresh and they have lobster add on for $8. I would go back next time I'm in the area.
Been here a few times now for take out and always had a good experience. My go to is the Unagi bowl.. The sushi is decent and my wife enjoys the Poke Bowls
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Quick check-out where menu is available overhead or through paper menu. Love the variety of choices. Appreciate the online ordering app too. Just an efficient model where you get your fix whether on the run or for a dine-in experience.
Love this place for their pokebowls! I don't drop by this area much but when I do, I love coming in here. I've even there a couple years ago before the pandemic and had a chance to eat again last week and it's as good as I remember it! Love their ingredients!
