Mainstay Suites

This extended-stay hotel was perfect for our needs with a full kitchen, sitting room with television, and private queen bedroom. The storage and closet space was ample for our business trip. The evening receptionist was very cordial and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Completely average hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable, though dated. The elevator was in desperate need of servicing and the floor in our room (newly tiled) was covered in dirt and mud, which wasn't thrilling.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in for having a carpet that was so filthy and had stains so dark and noticeable that I was totally grossed out. That was also true of the carpet in the hallways. The furniture looked dirty and above the couch, where a picture was supposed to be hanging, there were just 2 metal hanging brackets. The counter top in the kitchenette had very noticeable spots that were damaged with bleach or acid and were peeling...that was where the eye was immediately drawn to in the kitchen...the spots were right in the front. The main light in the room (overhead light) kept turning off for no reason and I would have to feel my way in the pitch dark to the wall to turn the light switch on and off a couple of times till the light came back on. The cabinets were all banged up and the refrigerator was also banged up in the front. Everything in the room looked very dated. I paid in advance for a king bed room but the room we were in had one queen bed. Big safety issue that the elevator stopped about 8 inches above the floor level on all 3 floors....all the staff had done is put out signs that said to watch your step. When we were entering the elevator, another guest was coming out of it with a luggage cart. She had to manhandle it off the elevator...we had to help her with it.

Everyone was very pleasant. Best hotel. I have stayed in. Bathroom appeares to have been recently updated.The room was extremely clean.overall excellent for the price, great value I would stay here again.

It is a nice place, but the room was a little dirty. Some of the rooms allow smoking which can be smelt in the hallway on the second floor.
