Lynnwood Recreation Center

The Lynwood recreation center costs less than YMCA and has significantly better facilities. The water park includes outdoor play area, lazy river, two water slides, a kiddie center, lap pool, low diving board, two hot tubs and a sauna. There are fitness classes, like barre and water cycling, weight room and party rooms. ProTip- Buy the annual pass and skip the lines for the pool! PLEASE GIVE ME A 👍🏻 IF YOU FIND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL

The recreation center is known for the public pool with water park, slides and lazy river. The cardio/weight room is respectable and they schedule daily fitness classes. Rooms are available to rent for parties.

Quite few,not all, of the service counter employee and one of their supervisors also, are rude and cruel to kids and parents of deferent race or faith or color , even if they have anual membership,they have no heart or souls or sympathy and can't even show mercy or smile to them. I'm so sad and ungry that the world is still tolerate such behavior,and such people,who can't afford a smile or a kind word. Other wise the facilities are beautiful and amazing.

The beach area in the pool has lots of fun features that my kids love to play in. The slides are fun too. It definitely gets crowded at times though. We held one of my kids birthday parties here and it was a lot of fun. The room provided was very nice for cake and games after swimming. My kids have also taken several rounds of swim lessons here. The teachers have always been energetic and attentive, going a long ways towards developing my kids' comfort and safety in the water.

Good fun but they could improve the wheelchair changing rooms. Even though my son is small I had a really hard time changing him on the bench which is far too small, and wet from his shower. Ended up using the baby changing table which was sloping downwards. Need a bigger changing bench to be considered properly accessible.
