So happy I have found this place! So much fun and a great workout! I was afraid of the typical "gym atmosphere" You know they type... people looking down on you, perfectly manicured size 0's everywhere. Not here. The staff is beyond helpful and encourages you, not to mention the other members who root you on! Every time I go I feel comfortable and supported. I will continue to go as long as i can!

I hated going to the gym was never very motivated. I love going to this place not just for the workout but the instructors help push you and motivate you to not give up. They way you get your one on one training for your first day really sets the tone of how you will feel. It is not an easy workout but you will become hooked!!!!

As I "level up", I am assembling my dream team to keep me at the top of my game. This place is a GOLD MINE. I've never seen such a collective group of awesome trainers and the workouts kick my butt like nothing else. I am sure I will get and stay in amazing shape here!

ILKB is my favorite hour of the day. There’s nothing like showing up to hit stuff. It’s been awesome for my physical AND my mental health! :) Come, you’ll love it. The awesome instructors always say fit-fam and it’s true! You feel like family here!

The classes are great and the instructors are always there for you. The instructors are what makes this location so awesome! I am on my 5th class and this is only the beginning. I'd suggest checking them out if you want an interactive workout and definitely someone to support you in your journey!
