Go there early in the morning. Great place if you're independent and want to be left alone. They do have personal coaches for one on one training. New equipment. Wide range of equipment.

Great gym I would recommend it to anybody they can work with you one on one and they have great equipment.

They're friendly and there's a nice gym !  But i wish they have some hair dryers in the bathrooms !

Nice to have a place to go to whenever the urge strikes!  Usually not too busy.  There are a couple personal trainers that hold group classes.  When you join you get a free customized workout plan - to help you get started.  Very good if you're just venturing into the gym for the first time in a while.
