This place is the best. From the atmosphere to the teachers, they make you feel incredibly welcomed and warm. I say warm because oh man do you work out! Every workout is something new and great. I can feel myself getting stronger and more confident each class. 

It's so nice to be able to walk into the studio and have someone lead you through an hour of a full body workout. I would always go to the gym before and would get bored or run out of ideas pretty quickly. Now I'm constantly challenged to work harder and smarter by Allison, Marne, and Sydney. Love this place!

Barre3 Mill Creek has been awesome!  I love the instructors here and the class times are very convenient. Very nice studio. I have had lots of fun burning calories and building my muscles. The instructors are fabulous and in tune with the class members. I love how they take the time to know your name and ask how you're feeling before each class. Love this studio and really enjoy the classes.

Best classes and teacher ever in Allison Bowen! As a person going back to regular exercise after being off for an extended period, I love that modification is encouraged. And each class is just different enough so that one muscle group is never over worked. Love it!

The quality of the exercises and the instructors are top-notch. The instructors do a wonderful job of correcting posture and reminding you of what you should feel with each exercise. They offer modifications, if needed. Results can be seen within a few classes! Aside from weight loss, I felt stronger, had better posture, and more endurance! I love this place.

I go to the class normally three times a week and I have seen the result after 2 months. Core strength has improved and shows definition on my arms and legs. I should've took the barre3 class earlier so I don't have to spend so much time in the gym and trying to figure out how to use equipment and shows no improvement month after month. Love Barre3 and highly recommended.
