At OT you never feel alone! Everyone has the same mission, to live well and be well. Coaches and members are always encouraging and friendly, and the vibe is always positive. Workouts are never the same which is perfect because going there never gets boring. I feel great every time I walk out that door!

The staff was very informative and encouraging. The workout itself was top-notch. I was left feeling energized and strong! I highly suggest giving Orangetheory Mill Creek your time!

Orangetheory Mill Creek is much more than a place to exercise. Upon arrival you will be greeted by the warm smiles of the staff and coaches. There you will find a diverse group of members who are all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Whether you are new in your fitness journey or a Spartan athlete, there is a place for you at Orangetheory. The coaches will easily modify exercises if you have limitations or hand you a heavier weight if you need to be challenged. The sense of community and family is very strong at the Mill Creek location. I have heard from visitors of other locations mention that their studios don't have the family feeling that our studio has. I liked that everyone could go at their own pace, having the monitor really helped. And the instructor was very helpful and encouraging.
