Someone at work had really nice highlights so I asked if they could share where they got their hair done , they did. I called the salon and mentioned my co workers name and asked how much it would be to get the same done. I was quoted $135.00. I booked an appointment and they asked me what colour I would like so I showed them a picture from Pinterest which the stylist said was balayage. the stylist proceeded to do my hair. when the colour was done the stylist said we would go down stairs to stairs to dry my hair. The stylist asked if I wanted my hair curled I answered is it extra? the answer was no. when it was time to pay The amount was $241.00 I was shocked. This was a Birthday treat from my husband I expected to pay $135.00 plus tax. I asked why is it so much ? the answer was the toner is $25.00 the blow dry is $36.00 and I believe the Balayage was another $25.00. this was unreal at no time during my appointment did the stylist say by the way what I quoted you has changed. I was very upset and called the owner. the owner told me the stylist went over the pricing with me this made me even more upset had I known I was going to be charged $241.00 I would never have proceeded. This is a bad way to build a reputation.

Yes, if you are NOT a customer do not go into their parking lot - the spaces are for paying customers NOT people doing shopping on Main Street- They are monitoring the lot so customers like me don't have to drive up and down the Main Street looking for space. I have been going for 20 years and ALL the staff are wonderful - professional and very friendly. Service is excellent - always on time - I would not go anywhere else!
