Flavourful sweet and savoury baked goods! Kind of on the pricey side. Could be due to the location. It’s right on Yonge St between Finch and Sheppard. It’s roughly $3-5 per bun/baked good. Tasty beverages like Milk Tea, Honey Lemon Ginger Tea, Coffee, and a drink called Ying Yang half coffee half tea, must try!. They also have some meal options. Haven’t tried but sounds delicious. Overall great bakery. A few sit down tables indoors as well as a patio. No washrooms though. Limited paid street parking out front.
I didn't even plan to go here but had to stop by! It's so inviting. You can get sweet and savory snacks. There's buns of all flavours and other pastries. I got an egg tart and OMG...so delicious! I have to go again and try the prepared cold tea as well. It's bright, places to sit inside and out. Nice staff. Good prices. Just no bathrooms.
Just dropped in as I saw them on my way back to the car! Love that bright yellow look they have going on at this location. They are starting to also use that iconic floor like they have in the lucullus roastery in downtown markham I didn’t get any buns or pastries this time, although it was quite tempting! I did, however get a yin yeung, which is a coffee / tea mix drink that you can get hot or cold. This taste good, but not great. I think the one in downtown markham has a better coffee flavour. Still not disappointed tho as it’s great to have something like this in the yonge street north york corridor Will definitely be back for those famous egg tarts of theirs! Welcome to north york lucullus!
Sweet and savoury at yours convenience! It was yummy and the variety is great. The staff are nice. I have to admit it was a bit too greasy for my taste, but still tasty.
Best bakery in the city! I love going here to grab a hot HK milk tea and a pineapple bun! They also have delicious cakes for all occasions. They recommend you order cakes ahead of time, however, they make extras everyday! So if you forgot to order a cake, youre in luck! This place may have cakes available the day of!
I love their bakery products! We shopped there before they close so most of the popular ones were sold out. We have tried the Mango Mochi, All Butter Croissant, Chocolate Croissant, Bean Paste Filling Buns, Raisin Brown Sugar Buns, Sweetheart Biscuits… wonderfulIf you purchase 6+ items there’s no tax charged.
The HK milk tea taste very different from the Richmond Hill location. Taste pretty bad actually. The buns size have shrunk.
My friends and I passed by this store and went in because they also have this store in Hong Kong Their interior design actually give me Hong Kong vibes!! My friend and I were surprised at what drinks they have! They have and , they are traditional teas you can find in HK The honey date tea is sweet and it’s just right for me!! It’s perfect for staying hydrated in a hot summer day! Other than their drinks, they also have hk style buns They are all so yummy!! I tried their pulled pork bun and it’s one of the best bun I have tried!
Yummy and super fresh! So glad they finally open a store in north York, the bright yellow umbrellas are very eye catching and inviting. I love their iced hk milk tea and bbq buns! I heard they have one of the best sticky rice wrap too, gotta try it next time. Highly recommended for all traditional bun lovers
The red bean bun was delicious! I also had the very refreshing iced lemon honey ginger tea which had real pieces of ginger in it - giving it some zing. It's nice that there is seating outside under bright yellow umbrellas.
