Lanes and tables were clean and bright. The equipment was in good shape, including the shoes and balls. Would be neat to maybe have some background music. Maybe that is just a late night thing. The food was pretty good Monkey 9 Brewing we had the cheese pizza and salt and pepper wings - with blue cheese & hot sauce dip on the side, the service was really good and fast. The pitcher of beer was good too! It's been years since we had been, and it was great, we will go back!
People are not wearing mask inside the building. Check with the staff. They said it is ok not wear mask in the bowling area because it is considered the play area or something. But they do have a sign saying wear mask at all time. Also there is no social distancing.. usually they will skip a lane to create the distance.. but they put someone next to us. I check with them again and staff said there is no other lane available. So they need to put them next to us. If no lane available, can't they wait until there is one available? Additional information. Thank you to the manager who did make an arrangement so that my family is away from others. I did read from the link. It said Common areas of sport and fitness centres when not engaged in physical activity. The run way should be included as physical activity area, but how about the sitting area behind the computer? Is that a common area? Anyway, I hope everyone stay healthy. Changed the star from 1 to 3 Thank you
Our church youth group and parents came one evening. We had fun. It is a great facility for families. Staff quite helpful. The place is well run and clean.
Wow. We came in and waited for over an hour. The manager or lady at the front with pink hair said they're really busy. They're not. Half the alleys are empty and have been for over 30 mins. We asked for updates and she says she's making calls? To who. People not here?! Won't be back and don't recommend. GET ASYSTEM/Buzzer SYSTEM like restaurants use. You say first come first serve yet you're calling people not here? Lost clients for life. We were a party of 10.
It's a great place. We went for team outing. Bowling alleys are based on hourly price and we could play multiple games. Amazing venue and drinks. Staff is super nice. In addition, the place has really good parking available. I highly recommend this place for hanging out with friends/family to have some fun time playing indoor sports.
I don’t usually do reviews but Lucky 9 is definitely worth a visit! We went there on a Saturday night at 6pm when cosmic bowling starts - glow in the dark and didn’t even had to wait more than 10min for a lane. We had issues two times with the game breaking but they were nice to add an extra time bc of that! Plus, when our time was up we were almost ending a match so let us finish it : we got two pizzas and some fries, they were good. The music was amazing too and the staff was awesome! Only bad thing is that only 5 can play at a time and we had 6, but we took turns on the matches and had fun anyway :
Such a fun place, especially if you go during cosmic bowling hours. Definitely reserve ahead b/c it does get busy. I believe you need to reserve at least 3 days in advance. They also have birthday party packages. It’s a great place for kids and adults. You can order drinks and food to your table or head over to the Monkey 9 Brewery in the same building. Lots of free parking. There is also a movie theatre, swimming pool, skating rink, Lazer tag and the Old Spaghetti Factory within a few minutes walk if you want to plan a day of activities. Have fun!
Insane prices! The timer starts once you pay rather than once you start playing. The place was packed, messy, and I felt I had to wash/sanitize way too much. If it wasn't for my work paying for everything I would never go. They had only 2 beers on tap with the rest bottled. The only good thing was the food in my opinion, pizza was cheesy and chicken wings were breaded and sauced.
I visited this place for company event. I had a great time, nice place. Shoes were in good shape. Well maintained equipment. They need more smaller or lighter balls for small hands. Foods chicken wings was not that bad, bur pizza was meh.
Really Bad behavior by the pink hair manager. Don't go there in evening when she is there. You will be in trouble as we were. No refunds and after purchased they said it's non refundable. However, they should teach cashier to tell the customer that it's final sale and non refundable if you agree to these terms. And moreover, they were asking for ID for all of us if just one person wants to drink. Never had that trouble before anywhere else.
