Enjoyed bowling for the day. They were able to squeeze us in for a few games in-between other groups. Clean facilities.
Classic little 5-pin bowling. Canadiana through-and-through. Staff seemed friendly.
Mixed feelings about this place. I have been many times & I only go on Sunday so that’s all I can review. What I like: they offer a discount for people with disabilities, this is meaningful for my client, as she is on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay regular price. I also like the music streaming service & it’s clean insides What I don’t like. They open at 12pm on Sundays and it’s always busy with birthday parties and there seems to be only 1 staff & 1 computer so you neeed to be very patient. Today I sat and wait for about 8 kids to get checked and get their shoes fitted. It’s often. Like this and I don’t get why the owners don’t figure out a better, more time, efficient system so they aren’t losing customers. For example, why not have 1 person manning the till and another staff taking care of shoes ? Or get a take a number system? My final complaint is no outside drinks including water? Never in my life have I been to a bowling alley that won’t let you bring water bottles the sign literally says that. It’s expensive enough taking a family to bowl, now parents can’t even bring in their kids’ water bottles? I would never come here with my kids for that reason alone.
We had a great family time... Shoes were like brand new..Staff very courteous and helpful.
Wow. We used to league bowl on Thur in 2016-7. There used to be a waitlist. It was busy. We maintained big bar bills. My husband has been 5pin competitive his whole life. We came in with friends this evening to drink and have dinner. We had a reservation for 7pm for 10 people. At 7:20 we were told the kitchen closed at 7pm under new policy. Bad policy. The staff were kind and supportive and approachable. Unfortunately, due to the changes, we won't be back.
Fun atmosphere, welcoming staff and great bar and food options. Highly recommended!
My husband and I have attempted twice to go to this place in the last two months. Both times we waited it was NOT busy at the front counter and the staff appeared to be drinking and were very rude when they finally came to attempt to check us in but stared confused at the computer. They could care less about serving us so we just left. Yes, It absolutely USED to be a great place to go, we took kids last few years and had a blast but it’s not the same sadly so we will never bother again.
Its a cute place to have a bday party or a fun time with friends or family. We came here for the first time for my friends daughters bday party! The pizza was delicious and the kids devoured the cheese pizza! I'm not sure how pricing is but we played for a long while. The only downside was the music videos playing on the screens- some of the videos are not age appropriate and probably should not have been playing. Otherwise its a good place! The bathrooms were pretty clean and the shoes weren't smelly. Parking is a little annoying but you can find a spot on the street.
A truly great place to have a birthday party. Reasonable prices at $60 per lane for 2 hrs for up to 6 Kids! Service was also awesome. Only 2 issues were the 2 slices of pizza for $6 were smaller than a sandwich. I had tp order an extra pizza as the kids were starving. And there's no food or drink allowed...which I understand but they won't even allow a personal water bottle? I thought that was a bit harsh. Pretty sure water shouldn't threaten them and is kind of a necessity. Otherwise we had an awesome couple of hours there!
This place went from being one of our favorites to the worst bowling alley around. The staff are rude, yelling at the kids on our group for not having shoes on to go to the BATHROOM! Their kitchen is never open and you need to walk around without your shoes on their dirty carpet if you aren't bowling. This has been our experience the last 3 visits and the convenience factor is just not worth coming back for.
