A Poco staple! Great family run business with kind, helpful and patient staff. PoCo Bowl is your go-to destination for year end sport team gatherings or birthday parties with effortless pre-packaged options available. If you’re looking for a safe and fun place to party for a reasonable price, this is it!
It may have just been the moment we went but our experience wasn't great. I'd be willing to try it again and update my review.nn- There was a kids birthday so lots of kids running around. The parents don't watch them well and the staff don't say much.nn- Next lane to us were kids that kept grabbing the balls and the ball return was very slow so often I'd be waiting a couple minutes for the next ball.nn- the tech is super old and sometimes the pins don't stand up well. Just push the reset button to fix itnn- I didn't see any 10 pin. Maybe I just missed it or they only have 5 pin? I'll check again next time.nnupdate: appreciate owner response. We'll be back to give it another try!
Me and my mom’s experience here was ruined due to kids stealing our lane and balls, touching and grabbing us, and parents not doing anything to stop it. Not to mention, one of the parents kicked our shoes out of the way, to sit down, that was at our chairs. So both the children and parents were invading our personal space. The kind ladies working the front desk apologized many times, and I knew it wasn’t their fault. But it would have been nice to not have to pay $48 for one game of bowling for two people. Some sort of discount, or partial refund would have made me come back. Super disappointing.
Stepping into Poco Bowl is like traveling back in time to 1994. The retro vibe is charming, but unfortunately, it's not all nostalgic charm. While the bowling infrastructure appears to be original, it's surprisingly still functional – albeit a bit worn.nnHowever, the real challenge lies in navigating the facility. On a moderately busy day, the labyrinthine layout of people, tables, and shoes makes it difficult to reach the bowling lanes. I shudder to think what it would be like on a peak day.nnWhile Poco Bowl's retro charm has its appeal, the facility's infrastructure and layout could benefit from some modern updates. If you're looking for a nostalgic bowling experience, Poco Bowl might be worth a visit. Just be prepared for a bit of chaos.
Another great place to go five-pin bowling with friends! There are only a few lanes and they offer Kids Bowl Free up to 18 years old. The staff is nice and helpful. However, the lanes are slightly slanted to the right and the approach is a little dirty. Overall, a great place and would definitely go again!
