Jafar Abdule P.T / Owner

Jafar Abdul graduated from Hamdard University, New Delhi, India with a Master of Physiotherapy specializing in musculoskeletal in 2003 and has worked in both clinical and teaching side. On moving to Canada he studied M.Sc Rehabilitation Science at Queens University in 2009. He has an extensive training in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy. His continuing education includes coursework in manual therapy, such as Muscle Energy, Manual concept and Acupuncture. In his holistic approach, he combines these hands-on methods with customized exercises to provide individualized one-on-one care for each patient.
Jafar is a member of Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA), Ontario Physiotherapy Association and member of Orthopedic division of the CPA
Ahmed Afifi P.T/Owner
B.SC P.T
Ahmed received his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in 2003, and also completed a level 1 course for medical acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada in the same year. Ahmed has also completed a post graduate course on the lumbar spine from the Advanced Physiotherapy Education Institute in 2008. And received certificated from The Orthotic Group in custom Orthotic therapy in 2009.
What to expect at your initial visit -
Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any paperwork that is needed.
Your initial visit will include:
1. A thorough assessment of your injury
2. A detailed explanation of the underlying cause of your injury &
3. The development of an effective treatment program, in line with your goals. Some treatment programs may consist of
-Joint mobilizations
-Massage
-Acupuncture / Dry Needling
-Core stability training
-Electrotherapy
-Postural and ergonomic advice
-Custom fit Orthotics and Knee Braces for knee OA, ligament injuries
