Received treatment from Ian Budge for calf pain that was interfering with the exercise I like to do. Ian was able to assess the issue, recommend at home maintenance stretches and completed in office dry needling to treat the area. After three visits my tightness and pain are gone and my physical performance improved and I am enjoying my activities again. Very happy with the treatment, service and all staff would highly recommend.

Both Brad and Ian helped me SO much with a really pesky shoulder injury.  Everyone here including the front desk staff is super friendly and professional.  Brad and Ian are extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest therapies.  Thanks to these folks, I am pain-free and back to doing the things I love again!

Amazing clinic with the best staff! As a healthcare professional myself I was so impressed with their attention to detail, clinic cleanliness, and ability to figure out exactly what was going on with my knee. Suffice to say after only a few appointments I was feeling much better and able to get back to playing basketball pain free. Insider tip: if you do the exercises as prescribed you will get much better results

My sort story: after reading all the 5 star reviews here I decided to try The Right Move after over two years of meniscus tear pain. Other professionals set me back in months without walking resulting in a loss of work. After about a month of physiotherapy with The Right Move I’m no longer in daily pain, I’m not limping and I only wear my knee brace twice a week on my very long work days. I’m just moving into kinesiology now with The Right Move and I’m very happy with my progress. I don’t ever write reviews but I’m so thankful for all the reviews here that lead me to such great results in my mobility that I wish the same for others.

I had a fantastic experience with lower back physiotherapy treatment at The Right Move. The team is very personable, skilled and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend them.

The Right Move professionals and staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I was able to get an appointment the day after I registered. The location was great and the main floor accessibility was perfect. Ian Gilchrist is the epitome of Professional. He listened to my explanation of what I figured was going on and was able able to quickly eliminate one of the suggested possibilities on the first day. He is very personable, gentle and a true testament to his profession. Thank you Ian and The Right Move, I will be back.

Right Move Physio was a great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend their services. The entire team was fantastic and incredibly accommodating. I was treated by Dr Gilchrist and will be recommending others in my family and friends network to seek his services. He was able to diagnose and treat my injury quickly and effectively, and we had great conversations as a bonus. 5 stars isn't high enough, but it's the highest I can go on the Google scale!

Can't say enough good things about Brad Filip . I was referred to him after having a very negative experience with another Physio clinic in town, and a DR. prognosis that gave me no directive/path or hope for recovery. Brad on the first visit assured me that what I had been told was incorrect, and gave me a step by step guided and fully supported plan to recovery. He is very knowledgable, and I highly recommend his services :

I chose to go to the Right Move based on the reviews here, and they did not disappoint. I had awful nerve pain that made every little movement just so painful. Dr. Ian Gilchrist was a tremendous help and was terrific during the whole process to getting me up and moving pain free again. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team here, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great physio!
