Seriously life saving! Injuries that doctors told me to get surgery for, K-town just fixed me in no time. Their deep understanding in anatomy and body's mechanic is absolutely amazing, and I would definitely recommend them for all joint/muscle related injuries. Enormous thanks to Stephanie, who fixed my spine. Michael, who fixed my shoulder. And Scott, the owner, who has shown an amazing understanding and professionalism in physiotherapy. As a fitness instructor, I am referring all my clients to this clinic - all of them recovered and are doing a lot better thanks to this place.
I had a great experience at K-Town Physiotherapy Downtown location. Kashyap was my physiotherapist and was excellent! They will make you feel very comfortable, and they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I had about five sessions, and they provided exercises to do at home, and now my problem is much better. All the employees are nice as well. I highly recommend Kashyap as they are very kind, helpful, and excellent at their job!
All the staff and physios were lovely to interact with and very attentive to my questions and concerns. I received excellent treatment and really appreciated all the suggested exercises and stretching routines to improve and maintain my health at home!
Received excellent care from both Sarah Davidson and Scott Fraser. The process for appointment booking is well-organized and all staff are pleasant and professional.

Over the last several months I was seeing Jennifer for physio and I couldn't have had a better experience. She was friendly, helpful, informative, and supportive. I was even a bit sad when I no longer required her services because it was always such a pleasant visit. She gave me exercises and recommendations that were realistic for my life and she ensured that I knew exactly how to execute them on my own. The environment was always clean and welcoming and all of the other staff I interacted with were wonderful as well. You feel respected and valued here, I even got texts on holidays wishing me well! Would highly recommend.
Messed up the appointment. Doesn’t say on the website that you can’t have an appointment from a friend. I also didn’t get a notification to reschedule so I went in anyway to reschedule. I should have looked at the phone, they called me when i was at work10 am EST.
I had great experience with K-Town physiotherapy, friendly staff and Kashyap gave me the best treatment.
Very courteous and professional staff. Highly recommended. Client for 25 years.
