I have been coming to Stave Off for a year and it has been such a positive addition to my life. If you are looking for a comfortable, encouraging environment to motivate you I highly recommend Stave Off.  Both the gym and the physio therapy are exceptional and they can help you get to where you want to be - at any age.  Nick and Christina are knowledgeable and inspiring with a strong sense of community and commitment to their members.

Excellent coaches! They have a wealth of expertise between the two of them. The atmosphere is very friendly and supportive, they also bring their two lovely dogs in everyday which is AWESOME! Physiotherapy here is also the best I have received in Kingston.

Gotta love a place where the owners love to dance it up and cut some rug during the workouts!!  The workouts are challenging and sweaty, the staff are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful, the facility is beautiful and modern, and the clientele they foster are the most inspiring group of people to workout with...what more can I say...This is my HAPPY  place!!!  (Oh, and the dogs are The Bomb!!).

STAFE OFF has helped me to feel like an athlete again! I joined the 6-week challenge and am planning to stay on for a gym membership! In the past month I lost 10lbs and feel stranger than I felt in years! The work outs are amazing and short, but you definitely feel it! The coaches are so kind and make an effort to know you and your physical abilities/disabilities from the get go! I STRONGLY recommend the 6-week program or the classes in general! The people in the classes are not judgemental what-so-ever and are actually very friendly and encouraging! Everyone has the same work out but does it at their own pace! 15/10 recommend. Oh and the oranges bring there puppies so that's pretty dam awesome!!!!

I have been going here 3 times a week for the last10 months. The facility is top notch and Nick and Christina really know their stuff. Love it here!
