One of the most exceptional customer service experience that i ever received !! My wife and i walked in the Lowes Maple with measurements for a kitchen . Was greeted by a gentlemen called Keith he showed us the arcadian collection (pre assembled kitchen cabinets). He sat us down sketched us a drawing for our kitchen walked us around the department showing us the cabinets and priced everything for us. It was just the overall patience, service and mannerism that i have never experienced before from another box store. I have been in retail for over 31 years and run a family Department store and have over 19 full time staff members working for me. To bad he's in a different field of business i would have recruited him in a heartbeat. Thank's Keith for the great service !!

Lowes offers many deals. Please be careful. I got a gift card but found out that it expires in a week and I lost the value. Shop for price only, Home Hardware is quite frankly a better deal

If I can give a 0 I would. Saw they had one Dyson Am09 in stock. Drove all the way from north York to Maple to buy it. They had it very high up in the shelf so they had to get a ladder to get it. When I saw the box I asked the staff if it was a return item since I saw the box it was taped up. She assured me that it was not. Opened it when I got home. Found that it was used already and it was missing the remote. So I had to drive all the way back to see if they have the remote. Talk to the staff there and now they told me it was a returned item and it is selling "as its". It is very pathetic that they are willing to lie to their customers to get a sales. Will not buy from them again and I guess people not to go there.

This review is for the Maple location at 200 McNaughton Rd. Well the manager here (Larry) knows nothing about keeping the customers satisfied. He has no clue how to treat customers let alone manage a store that size. There is a reason people keep going to Home Depot. I visited this location to see what backsplash options they have for my kitchen. There was a backsplash that looked decent and I asked a lady working there to give me a sample I can pay for to take home to try out in my space. The piece she gave me had a ripped netting in the back and she assured me it will be fine returning it so I paid and took two samples home. So few days later I go back to return the sample and the guy at the counter tells me he has to check with the manager since the backsplash is snapped. By snapped I mean the netting in the back was separated. So they page Larry the manager and he first tries measuring the backsplash , I guess he thought I might have stole a piece of backsplash! I have no idea what you can possibly do with a single piece of backsplash size of a coin. Then he tells me he cannot refund me since the netting is snapped so I explain to him that lady working there gave the snapped one to me in purpose because I was looking for a sample to try out and he tells me No and just left. So I asked for the head office number and he comes back and hands me a piece of paper with head office number and tells me to call them and leaves again. How is this guy even the manager at this store? I work in retail and I would be fired right away if i treat customers like that. Another manager came by, an older gentleman named Joe and he was helpful and finally refunded me the money but this store gets a 0 because of Larry and they way he treated us. Apparently this is not the first horrible experience with the management. There is a bunch of other reviews similar to mine below!

Customer service is very important in nowadays world. When customer service is horrible you feel very mixed-up. @loweshomeimprovement horrible experience yesterday was absolutely awful for us. Neither store manager, neither manager on duty wanted to do their job & and at least provide CORRECT information. Nobody cares... and this is upsetting. Instead of having nice product at home, we have negative impression. /not for the first time/. Customer care, obviously, did not do anything either. So, why I decided to post this... May be somebody else will post same after me... & maby be @loweshomeimprovement will "improve" something
