I started going to Loop Fitness Pilates about 3 years ago because of a bad back that I have had for over 18 years. With the help of Kristen and Pilates my back is better and I it has also helped out my rock climbing.  Still going and can’t imagine it not been part of my workout routine.

LOVE this pilates studio. Great classes and the instructor is amazing and very knowledgeable. Small class sizes (four people max) and affordable class packages make this pilates studio my first choice in my fitness regime.
