West Beach Pilates offers private, semiprivate and small group (5 max) 55 minute reformer Pilates classes for all bodies and fitness levels.

Story

Joseph Pilates once said, "to achieve the highest accomplishments within the scope of our capabilities in all walks of life we must constantly strive to acquire strong, healthy bodies and develop our minds to the limits of our ability."

West Beach Pilates is located on Marine Drive in White Rock. We offer private, semi-private and group reformer sessions based on class enrollment. Our instructors are fully certified and will help you achieve a tranquil, full body workout.

Fee schedule:
$40+GST - One on one instruction, single class
$100+GST - One on one instruction, 3 class package
$70+GST - Duet, single class
$200+GST - Duet, 3 class package

Group classes monthly fees:
$70+GST - 1 class / week
$135+GST - 2 classes / week
$195+GST - 3 classes / week
$180+GST - Drop-in package of 10

Drop-in fee is $20 including tax. As class size is limited, please call in advance to ensure availability.

* 24 hour cancellation policy
