The Dailey Method is a full-body workout that combines core conditioning, stretching, orthopaedic exercises, and ballet barre work. Each studio offers a full schedule of class times each day. Doing the class three to four times per week will provide amazing results!
We are passionate about alignment. We ignite awareness through hands-on training and education. The result is better posture, better movement, and a more complete workout. We do in a single class what takes others a week.
