Lonnie's Upholstery

Lonnie just re-did my couch, loveseat, ottoman and chairs. We are so happy with the results. He also recovered my Mom's couch set from the 70's. It looks brand new. Lonnie is very experienced. We highly recommend him.

Lonnie does EXCEPTIONAL work. I trust him with all of my antique pieces. He also adds creative touches that I had not thought of and if anyone knows me, that is saying a lot. He does high quality work and always surprises me by having the work done much earlier than expected (without compromising workmanship). A true craftsman. I am looking around my house for any other pieces to have done.

I called looking for this business to make me one button since I was one short for a headboard I was making. He was rude to me when I called. I told him about my situation and asked if he could make me a button and he replied, "I guess so". He told me I should go back to where I got the other buttons, and i told him that was on the east side of ottawa and that id prefer to go somehwere close since i live in in the West end. He agreed to help me hesitantly. Upon arrival I asked how much this would be for one button, he stated " I usually charge $1 but Im charging you $2 since I'm only making one". Congrats buddy you will never see me or my business again. I hope you read this and completely change the way you deal with customers. SO PUT OFF.
