Infinity Dental City Centre

Dr.Nsair is good dentist but his front staff are horrible and extremely unprofessional. First visit front staff was very flirtatious, didn't think much of it. I got check up and cleaning. Needed some filings done. Booked for second visit couple of weeks later. In between the wait I ran into one of the front staff and went out for drinks and what have you. Didn't feel like I have future with her and never text her back. I went back for my appointment,she was nasty towards me. When I was paying I asked three times should I be booking back she wouldn't answer. Very uncomfortable for me . I asked to speak to Dr.Nsair to inform him of how his staff were treating me and who knows how many other patients they do this to but she said no and any problems or concerns go through her first because she is in charge and she will pass the information to him. Her co-worker just sat there and didn't say anything. I have not heard from Dr.Nsair.

Came here with my husband at 2 pm for a root canal and left at 6pm. Worst dentist ever. Jumping from patient to patient every so often never coming back

Friendly staff, clean environment. Dr.Zhang did great work, whole family had a good experience

I took my daughters here because it was convenient location for both myself and their father. The dentist kept telling me how important it was that my eldest see an orthodontist ASAP and when I prodded him, he stated that there were many great orthodontists around and that the one that my ex-husband had been previously taking her to was not one of them. Despite all this conversation, he didn't take the time to refer us to a single one of these orthodontists that the dentist was raving about. Thanks for nothing.

Booked a wisdom tooth extraction and they previously removed 2 of them do they had full ex rays for them. So I take to day off go in and the assistant comes in looks at my tooth then the Bradley guy came in looked for 2 seconds and said something forget and I said this one tooth bugs me bad and she took ex ray on it and that was that she said give u anti biotic until extraction and I said what you mean I booked that for today and they said no its an exam well what do you need to exam when u had my ex ray of teeth and I called and said I want my other 2 wisdom out now they are hurting they booked apt quoted me 3 to 400 so at the end I leave with my teeth still and she tries to bill me 120 after arguing I get down to 68 bucks then she wouldn't give me her managers number said she is the manager and I said no you aren't and she finally gave me the number I called them and they are taking the 68 bucks off when I go tomorrow so hopefully it works out. First extraction went good tho they just try to up charge and water your time and if u have insurance watch out they will try and charge them more they always did when I was covered but for most part there good work very rough cleaning tho hurt lots and terrible job
