I would like to commend Paul in the technical services section.  A year ago I had to replace my laptop hard drive.  I was extremely satisfied with the work done by Paul at that time.  However, the other day I was having an issue that I couldn't figure out (definitely operator error!) and Paul came to the counter and sorted it out for me.  He was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful - and he also didn't laugh at me LOL.  Thanks much to Paul!

They called me because I left my new $400 (blue) Arc'Teryx jacket there... 6 months ago. Was about to be thrown out because I didn't come back to claim it, but am employee noticed my name and number sharpied (blue ink) on the inside. 
So let's call it attention to detail & honesty?
