They were super fast, communicated well, set and exceeded expectations. My Mac laptop battery was just about dead and 23 days left on Apple Care. They tested and confirmed on the spot. I explained how important it was to have this done as quickly as possible as I work online. The second the part came in they did the work and called me. Great experience. Also they saved my girlfriends Mac air from a direct coffee spill about a month ago. Double extra grateful!

I've worked with MyTechGuys for several years, both for work and for personal repairs. Bob and the whole crew are fantastic. They also give back a ton to the Comox Valley, donating their time, equipment and services to festivals and countless other events. Highly recommended.
