I called the Courtenay store on a product I found online. I was told that the store has to order most product in. The store also has a no return policy. So, if I want to see it, I have to buy it and can't return it. Just close the store in Courtenay.

Dreadful. Virtually everything (if not everything) for sale at the Brick is for sale at other retailers in the Comox Valley. And yet this Brick is utterly contemptuous of customers. Rather than stand behind a product and use Retail Return for defective product they outright refuse to help -- forcing the customer to spend their time and energy in resolving this issue.
