A great selection of choose your own ingredients fit for carnivores, vegetarians and everyone in between without sacrificing much in the way of variety. Price is by total weight and very reasonable so feel free to try a bit of everything. All alongside a hearty soup base as well. The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the system pointing out their selection of ingredients.

This has become a new favourite of mine. I've come back at least once a week over this last month and the food is delicious! I love the choices and variety of toppings I can pick, and you pay by weight. The lady who I think is the owner is so nice and super kind and often throws in a free drink for me since I come back so often. She's definitely one of the reasons why I keep coming back! Great spot, and definitely worth checking out.

The soup base here is by far the best one compare to all the malatang in town. Zhangliang is the plaza next door and I find the soup base too bland. I come here 2-3 times a week and the pricing here is reasonable.

If you are looking for damn good soup noodles with a TON of variety, highly recommended. You pay by weight so you can get just what you want. Because you can change up the ingredients, you never get bored. I basically live here now lol. You won't be disappointed! Also I'm a whimp so I get low spice but it's still so flavorful!

Friendly staff and great selection! Usually go for the small or medium spicy but they do offer very spicy too. Brought my friends and they have also been coming back for lunch
