Showed up to pick up a hot and ready pizza and there was nothing available. Only 2 workers were there with close to seven people waiting for pizzas. The lady was courteous, but not exactly is a rush to get food items out. The place was definitely understaffed and needs more help!

First time i came here the sevice was good. 2nd and 3rd time was met with 2 employees who you can tell dont like their jobs. Including a supervisor whose cell phones was more important then attending to a customer.

Called for a pickup, showed up 20 minutes later and they had forgot to make the pizza. Waited for the two pizzas to be made and put in the oven. 20 minutes later pizza number 1 comes out and they didn't even make the second one. Staff has absolutely no clue what is going on. Go for Papa John's.

Totally not impressed ! Called an hour in advance and placed an order , I told the worker I would be there between 10:30-10:40 to pick it up because I was travelling and not quite in the city yet. while speaking with the worker I was told that I better be there before 10:45 to pick it up as they close at 11. I just drove 14 hours from Ontario and rushed the last hour to make it there in time. Upon arrival the workers informed me my pizza wasn't even put in the oven yet !! So after 14 hours on the road I had to wait 15 minutes for my food that was pre ordered! So not professional !!!!
