KFC

Last two times I brought my family there, i specifically asked them for fresh hot chicken out of the fryer and was told yes (not a problem )10 to 15 minutes later, guess what? Cold Frecon dry chicken. Definitely not going back to that location ever. They can keep their lamp warmed DRY chicken for people that don’t like quality food.

You think to yourself "Boy, some KFC sure sounds good right now," and so you go. Not so much. To be fair, it had some taste going on but oily as all get out.

I get the menu pictures differ from real life but when the Chili Cheeseburger burito is basically cheez wiz on a tbl spoon of runny chili? This is just thievery at its best. Just happy the chicken isn't pigeon size.

I'm nor sure if the entire KFC franchise is suffering or if the owners of this one are trying to leach ever dime from the place. The place was run down, tables were prevented wobbling using plastic lids, at least the few they tried to stop wobbling. Others they just didn't care about. There were no condiments or napkins out foe the customers to help themselves to, you had to ask for them, and then justify why you needed it. When I went back for dipping sauce for my fingers I had to convince her that's what I ordered and no, she didn't give me one already. The bathrooms are kept locked with no notice on the door to ask for them to be unlocked. You just stand there like a go and it your lucky the owner will see you there and unlock it for you. And BTW the ladies room has 3 stalls. So it's not like they're individual toilets that are locked. 1 ply toilet paper, no paper towels and air blower that doesn't work. All in all very cheaply run outfit. Looks like any profit the place makes goes directly to the owners pocket

Here and there. One thing I've noticed that hasn't changed for a long time now is that their gravy is really really runny. As if it has been diluted with plenty of water to the point that it's pretty much tasteless. I don't bother buying the gravy anymore. With that, since there's no gravy to go with the chicken, I just don't order the chicken. Which means I order less frequently now. It's unfortunate.
