KFC

This is the worst kfc ever. No one was attending me and when I showed my Indian vaccination proof which is accepted in Canada as it is approved by canada they started laughing at my face. The chicken sandwich which I ordered was the worst. Stale chicken which was so dry and cold buns. I hate this place. Whoever plans to come here trust me don’t come here at all. They play Indian music on full volume doesn’t care about the customer. Don’t listen properly and the worst part is serve you old food which is not acceptable. Bun looks and tastes like rubber.

First time here to dine in with my client who has a disability and the elder pinay lady at the cashier took my order for my client. She was good at first everything went smoothly as she gave me the receipt. As I ordered for my food separatelycompany protocol is to eat with client with separate receipts her tone of voice changed. She keep repeating what’s my order and by the looks of her she was already upset and did not give my receipt. When I ask for it, she gave me a rude tone that I need to wait for it. Customer service at its finest. And btw the fries were bland.

this is the first time i have ordered kfc with my dad in a long time basically the last time was before covid, so my expectations weren’t high for a kfc, but oh. my. god. i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and gravy. don’t get me wrong, it smelt DELECTABLE… BUT when i ate it is when it all went downhill. it was hard to bite into, like literally hard. i had to fight with it for a good 3 minutes to get a nibble out of the sandwich. fast forward and we’re on our way home and my stomach starts feeling weird. my stomach usually gets upset after eating fried food, but not like this. this was different. i make a b-line straight to the bathroom and low and behold, i puke. i felt so sick when i went to bed; i woke up at 4:30 am and there was a major cramp/tense feeling in my chest and stomach i’ve experienced food poisoning before but not as bad as giving me heart attack symptoms, so i, once again, run to the bathroom and you’ll never guess what happens next… if you guessed puke, you are correct! i puked. i went back to bed for all of 1 1/2 hours when i was woken up by the same chest and stomach feeling again. i sat at the table with my dad and he was feeling fine. so idk what y’all put in my chicken sandwich but i am FUMING.

Seriously, I order through Skip now so that I can choose the Henderson location, because unfortunately I am in the catchment of this location for delivery. They always mess up at this location and they constantly forget items. Every. Single. Time. And good luck getting a hold of them to resolve it. The location on Henderson is much better.

Worst ever. Ordered the bucket less chicken which states that it comes with 8 chicken tenders they were so small, large popcorn chicken and large fries. When I received it there were no fries. I called and was told the fries were to be ordered separately. The gravy was watered down. I will never order from here again. Not worth the price you pay.

Once again, we dissatisfied with the food and service. The order was not taken properly. Even after we repeated our order to the person on the phone. The food was wrong . One order , not two as we stated 3 times. The packing was wrong the food looked and smelled completely inedible. We phoned in the complaint.They hung up on Us . Talk about rude

Good tasting KFC. Meal I took 5 for $5 is filling. Nice friendly crew. But crew should be aware of cleanliness..I think cleanliness is an issue with this location as I read other reviews even months ago..

Terrible! I ordered a 6 piece with 2 sides of gravy and coleslaw. After seeing the food I was shocked! They gave me the worst pieces with 4 small drum sticks. Not to mention I ordered 2 sides and it only came with 1... NEVER ORDERING THIS GARBAGE FOOD AGAIN.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a KFC..or at any other fast food restaurant, to be honest. The chicken tasted stale and was dry and smelled funny. They were clearly from a day before or worse. Never come here.Food: 1/5

Drive-thru. Asked if they double checked that everything was there, guy said yes. Then I got home and the cinnamon balls were absent but I was charged. I hate this culture of "make sure you check your bag!", but I suppose minimum wage-paid employees put in minimum wage-level effort.Food: 3/5
