Bought my car there today. Matt was great. The finance guy was amazing. Went above and beyond to get me the best financing deal. Thank you so much. God bless you all.
I purchased my last vehicle in Kitchener, and true to Ford, Listowel Ford took me on for service, etc. I recently leased a 2024 Edge and I was amazed at the level of service and the ease of completing the transaction.nnI joke with people that I went in for an oil change, paid slightly more and got a free new vehicle.nnSales and Service has been excellent.
We recently had the pleasure of buying a car here, and the sales person Taylor H was a dream to work with not pushy, explained everything even came out and set up the nav for us and explained all of the bells and whistles in the car , a real people person friendly ,totally congenial they are lucky to have her on board.nZsolt the financial person was a pleasure to deal with as well again explained everything answered all of our questions even included a personal gift what a great guy to deal with !nThese two team members alone are worth taking a look at their inventory I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends an family there .nJust ask for Taylor in sales she is the best!!nPatrick & Sherry Konkle Hanover.
Unfortunately the original truck was looking at was sold, but went and looked at another, Matthew and Zsolt was excellent to deal with, and ended up buying the truck, can't wait to pick it up, thanks again to the entire Listowel Ford team
BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER AFTER SPENDING $80k!nTo all f150 owners or 2018`2020 5.0lL coyotes engines no longer available anywhere as ford engineers removed from shelf. To rectify this they offer a rebuilt from earlier years. But hold on, there’s more, the wait time is 6 to 8 months waiting time. I have been waiting since, may 2023 and another 6 to 8 more months to go.nThis engine issues started early after purchase along with other problem in truck engine losses up to 1L of oil after 8k kms according to ford. In fact, mine was losing 2L plus every 4K kms. So early services since brand new. 4.5 yrs later, the ford bulletin says to install longer dip stick and re program engine to reduce oil pressure on heads so the oil will stop being lost.nAlmost instantly the engine ran rough and hard on fuel plus loss of power. I lost more oil then ever before. Had to dump 2 extra litres in engine. Advise to get truck to dealer. Took truck to dealer and cam phasers were done and truck had loud knocking.nThis is when dealer-service manger said truck will be fine to drive until parts arrive as it’s an interference engine so timing doesn’t matter. Note; since the purchase of this f150 in 2017 I’ve had 6 new service mangers to date so one every year from purchase.nParts arrived 5 months later and by that time my 80k investment was louder knocking then a diesel tractor on a cold start. This whole time in contact with dealership and services dept,nThe engine got new parts installed but way to late. Piston hit valve braking pieces off destroying engine. Heads taken off found rings gone on one cylinder which engine wall covered in oil. So now we know where all the oil went into the cats and out the tail pipe.nDealership now doesn’t return my calls since the new manager arrived while I removed some of my personal belongings. The service manager and I walked around my truck as I near lost my mind. Tape on roof from a factory flaw which leaked water into cab since new antenna replaced twice as found nut holding Annette a on was stripped and dealer silicone it to my roof and damaged interior liner with greasy hand prints all over interior. Specialist from Toronto came to clean and found that internals from factory were ripped which can’t be access by anyone so roof will probably still leak.My truck has personal belongings missing, my 2.2K tonneau cover will holes in it. Paint scratches and missing paint chunks all over my 80K truck. Tires flat sitting on rims, tires are screwed from sitting for the last 8 months sitting in the same spot. Rotors, pads , callipers etc… covered in rust and the list goes on but anyone knows what happens when a vehicle sits for long time. Service manager n dealership manager know and it’s a Ford problem not there’s. So there my truck sits being destroyed by dealership neglect to take care of customers vehicle. Truck has gone past factory warranty from waiting on parts plus to later find out engine destroyed. Dealership does not care n now doesn’t return my calls. Ford Canada now involved as dealership fix issues before time ran out on 5yr/100km warranty was up.I’m now left with a no motor and damage I’m expected to pay for. Because ford ca. assistance and Listowel ford service managers didn’t do there job, I also tried trading for new truck then offered over 30k less then market value because of the shape it’s in in there parking lot and no motor. I would not recommend this dealership to the most hatted person in the world. No customer service, sales team that don’t care about anyone and a dealership manager that don’t knows what’s going on in his own building right under his noise. So, don’t waste your time with Ford as anything goes wrong with your purchase be warned there’s no parts and there products are poorly built. Sincerely a ford guy with no ford. Just 80k rotting in the parking lot barrier under snow until motor arrives next summer…
