Just purchased a Dodge Ram 2500. I have delt with a lot of sales persons before. I was very apprehensive about buying on line. I Delt with Chad. His knowledge and experience was evident within minutes of speaking with him. He was able to answer all questions I had. Chad put the work into showing and explaining to us, everything he possibly could about the vehicle. This guy was literally laying on his back underneath the vehicle during our virtual tour of the truck. I definitely appreciated his honesty when it came to things like scratches or any other issues. He took every call and answered all texts throughout the buying process. Even followed up with a phone call after delivery. We had it delivered to New Brunswick and the delivery was prompt. Everything about the Truck was as it was shown. We were definitely satisfied with the experience.nWe would highly recommend Stop 23 to our friends and families.

Recently I had an experience on stop 23 service department. When I called they have mentioned for oil change it will take 40 min to complete. Booked appointment for me 4 pm but unfortunately due to heavy rain I am not reach on time it got delayed reached 4:40pm . Service team said time over asked me to come on Monday . I personally requested to help and complete the oil change and service now because I travelled from London almost 130 KM away from Listowel . They said okay. Handover the vehicle by 4:45 pm but with in 10 to 15 min they said oil and changed basic checks done. 130km travelled engine is full heat how did they changed the oil with in 10 min bit confused . My mileage is comparatively bit down . I raised concern but simply said we done it . Just sharing my experience.
