We had a great experience with Stop 23 from our initial contact by email to driving our beautiful Sierra Denali off the lot. Reid provided exceptional service for this major purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the various vehicles we considered, and any of our questions that he couldn’t immediately answer, he consulted with Bill to be sure we had factual information. This assured us that we were getting honest and accurate information. Reid was very patient with us and his no-pressure attitude allowed us to look at and drive other vehicles before we settled on the Denali.nWe had done our homework on vehicles and dealerships and we do not regret making the two hour drive to Listowel to buy our truck. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Stop23. Any other dealership would never have treated me like family. They actually care about their customers and want everyone to be happy with their purchase. They will definitely go above and beyond to make your car buying experience what it’s supposed to do be, exciting. I did have a manufacturer warranty issue and Stop23 did everything in their power to make it as painless as possible. I ended up not keeping the original purchase and they got me into a new ride no questions asked. Absolutely loving my new ride and am spreading the greatness of Stop23 like it’s a religion. Worked with Chad to set me up in a truck for work and the process was so smooth. Within 20 minutes of calling him he had a quote on my trade in vehicle from pictures I had sent and we had a scheduled day to come and see the truck.
