My husband and I just bought our first Honda! If my grandmother was still alive today I wouldn't hesitate for a second to send her here to buy a car or to get her vehicle serviced.nnKen Heisler Sales Manager and Matt Morgan Sales and Listowel Honda's service department are honest and accountable people. I took a risk buying a decade old used car, but I felt assured because this is a 'big dealer' that cares about your safety and their reputation, and I wasn't disappointed. Matt even entertained my request for additional pictures and got underneath the car to take more before I came by for a test drive.nnIn the end I drove off the lot with a mechanically fit, safe, awesome used car for a hell of a deal. Don't waste your time with shady no name dealers and do yourself a favor and make the trip out to Listowel Honda if you value your time, money, and safety.nnThank you Matt and Ken!!
I have to say, the service department has seen many changes over the past 3 to 4 years and NOT for the better. There was a time when you could pop in with a flat tire and they would fit you in, now they tell you they can book you an appointment for 2 weeks from now. They should really reconsider hiring back the manager they had before during covid. She was so upbeat and friendly, she cared about the customers. I guess I will be taking my Honda elsewhere for service.
Big shout out to Matthew Morgan for making our CRV purchase a breeze! Very personable to deal with. Also to Ken Heisler for tying it all together. It really was the easiest new car experience ever!
