Booked as a shuttle for my wedding between the hotel and our wedding venue. The last trip was supposed to be my bride and the bridesmaids which I confirmed several times. They forgot to make this trip and my bride ended up having to drive herself yo her own wedding. When I contacted Cherrey they appeared to think that it was not a big deal and did not even offer any compensation even after explaining that their mistake forced us to keep 8 caterers for an extra hour. I had to push them hard to get any refund. They take very little responsibility for their work but if your group leaves their shuttles too empty they keep your deposit.

The bus was great and the driver was cheerful and nice. Definitely use Cherrey again.
