When I had a complete engine failure due to a known defect with my 2015 Kia optima, I was given the run around by other Kia dealerships stating my car didn’t qualify for the no cost engine replacement. Mike, the service manager at Listowel Kia provided amazing service and got my engine replaced at no cost and car returned to me within a month! I was very impressed with the service at this dealership. Definitely would recommend!

I had such an amazing experience with my recent purchase here. I had just been at a dealership, gave them my exact needs and budget, and was told by them not going to happen, here is what we think you need. I reached out and the sales rep Tim was amazing. He knew my budget, and didn't give me false hopes. Within a very fast time, he called me back, had a list of options and worked with me to show me and find the best fit. He found exactly what I needed and wanted, no pressure but he worked hard in the tough market to meet all my needs. From the looking to finance to final pick up, an amazing experience.
