Purchased a used vehicle from Larry Hudson Chevrolet, and am very dissatisfied to say the least. Vehicle needed new brake pads and rotors to pass safety, and I have now come to find out after having issues several months down the road that aftermarket parts were used. The vehicle I purchased was a used kia, and Larry Hudson also owns the Kia dealership in town. Rather than use factory Kia parts from their own dealership, they used aftermarket. Spoke to the Manager who said that they use aftermarket parts on used cars to save money, and what did I want him to do. I would expect better from a large GM Dealership. Be warned if you buy a used vehicle from Larry Hudson, and they had to do any work. You are probably getting aftermarket parts.nnAfter posting this review I was contacted by the General Manager of the dealership. He said that after speaking with his Kia Dealership they confirmed a possible problem with aftermarket brake pads. He then said they would make it right and they did. I visited the service department, and had brand new Kia factory brake pads installed free of charge. Everyone there was so friendly, and I was even given a vehicle by the service manager so I could grab some lunch while waiting. Every business is entitled to make mistakes, but it's how they handle those mistakes. I can say unequivocally that this dealership understands customer service, and treating customers the right way. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone reading this, and will happily tell this story to friends and family. Thank you again Eric and your team for a great overall experience.
