Lifemark Physiotherapy First Tower

Sarah is amazing! She gives the time to go through and explain the root of any of the injuries I have and provides great exercises to help at home. Always manages to make me feel so much better after my appointment. Front desk staff and helpful and polite at all times too. Overall a great place to visit!

All the staff make you feel welcome, right off the bat! My physiotherapist Sarah White is passionate about what she does and truly cares about her patients! She has helped me progress through my injury over time and continuously comes up with new strategies to address the issue. I feel like I'm in great hands when I'm treated by Sarah and would highly recommend her to future patients! Feeling "comfortable" dealing with a painful injury is key to me and Sarah goes above and beyond to make that happen!

Easy to book with their online system, even with super last minute appointments! They bill your insurance company directly so it's completely hassle free. As well, they have an amazing team. I've gone to LIFEMARK and with Josh a few times and he's absolutely amazing. Not only did he help me with all my problem areas but it was so relaxing, I fell asleep during my first appointment. He's not only friendly and attentive but he even gave me preventative tips for further back aches. I've come here for a few months now and have recommended it to all my friends and family!!!

My insurance recommended this place, and I couldn't be happier with it. They send me reminders both by text and email about my upcoming appointments, and are incredibly friendly and helpful. My physiotherapist, Josh, is very patient, and very determined to help me get better! This place is clean and well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere.

Highly recommend this clinic! I saw Josh during my visits throughout a span of 3 months and I was thoroughly impressed by the service and care that I received. I will definitely return to Lifemark in the future to address any of my physio needs!
